Cheryl Grant brings 4 years of successful experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Development and Finance in Costa Rica. Most recently, Cheryl has focused her efforts in Real Estate and is currently a Broker Associate with ERA Liberia Realty based in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She is currently managing two luxury homes in the area. 

Before making the permanent move to Costa Rica from Canada she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations with a concentration in production management. After completing this degree she was employed for 5 years with a large Agricultural Dealership in their accounting division acting as the Assistant Controller handling the business operations of four branches of the parent corporation. 

Having lived in Costa Rica full time for the past 4 years Cheryl has developed the knowledge, skills and contacts necessary for successfully growing and maintaining her own business. Honesty, strong ethics and hard work are the three foundations of how she operates and handles her business. 

Travel is one of Cheryl’s passions. Living in Central America has allowed her to grasp the Spanish language and travel throughout Central and South America. All of which, have left her enamored with Latin culture and created a deep love for Costa Rica.
