Located in La Fortuna in San Carlos, Costa Rica and measures over 5.8 acres.

The hotel has 50 rooms, with various models some in concrete, some in pine Wood, each with private bathrooms, hot water, air conditioning, cable television, and a balcony. About 10% of the rooms are especially designed for handicapped.

The community consists of a terrace restaurant idea for enjoying the view or throwing parties, bar, disco, pool tables, 2 mini golf courses, souvenir shop, washroom, adult swimming pool with swim up bar, three kids pools, Jacuzzi, sunbathing zone, landscaped gardens, forest with trails and the La Fortuna Creek. In addition, there is a barn building that is 8608 sq feet which is ideal for sporting activities, equestrian activities or paint ball.

Lastly, the property has a small building in front of the road that could be used as an art gallery or a souvenir shop.

The hotel is functional and is 100% operation with much success. The hotel has contacts with all of the major tourism operators in the country and has its patent from the municipality for the restaurant, tourism center, disco, cabins, and hotel. Also, the patent to serve national and foreign liquors with permits from the Health Ministry for touristic activities. The tourism contract No. 931 extended by the Costa Rican Institute for Tourism (ICT) extended from the 13th of February 2003 and is valid for 25 years.

The pasture areas are apt for building a modern touristic complex.

The hotel is in front of the Arenal Volcano and the Cerro Chato, near the Eternal Forest of the Children, for 10 minutes from the Arenal Lake, hot springs, 5 minutes from La Fortuna River Waterfall, hanging bridges, canopy, Arenal Volcano National Park, and the Caño Blanco Biological Reserve.

Ubicado en La Fortuna de San Carlos con una medida de 3 has 3916,12 m2.

En una finca de topografía plana y ondulada en algunos tramos, lo que lo hace de una gran belleza escénica y apto para cualquier actividad turística. El terreno lo atraviesa una quebrada de aguas cristalinas de una naciente cercana, además la finca colinda con el río Fortuna y cuenta con bosque y senderos.

El clima es característico de la vertiente caribeña que finaliza en esta zona, siendo la Sierra de Tilaran la división continental con la vertiente del Pacifico, compuesta por varios volcanes extintos y el Volcán Arenal en plena actividad a partir del año 1968, siendo el principal atractivo turístico de la región Huetar Norte.

El hotel cuenta con 50 habitaciones, distribuidas en varios módulos unas de concreto y otras de madera de pino, todas con baños privados, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, TV por cable, y balcón. El 10% de las habitaciones están acondicionadas para discapacitados.

Además, restaurante, bar, discoteque, sobre el restaurante hay una terraza tipo sotea ideal para ser usado como mirador o lugar para fiestas, mesas de pool, sala de estar, 2 mini golf, tienda de souvenir, lavandería, piscina para adultos con wet bar, tres piscinas para niños, Jacuzzi, amplia zona para tomar el sol, jardines, bosque con senderos, quebrada y el rio La Fortuna. Además de un edificio tipo galeron de 800 m2 ideal para actividades deportivas, ecuestres, paint ball, etc.
Finalmente cuenta con pequeño edificio frente a la calle que sirve como tienda de artesanía y souvenir.

El hotel esta funcionando al 100% y opera con éxito, tiene contactos todos los operadores turísticos del país y cuenta con patente municipal para restaurante, centro turístico, discoteca, cabinas u hotel, además patente para licores extranjeros y nacionales, permiso de funcionamiento del Ministerio de Salud, para actividad turística. El contrato turístico No. 931 extendido por el ICT extendido el 13 de febrero del 2003 y vigente por 25 años y por supuesto todo el equipo, desde la manteleria, vajillas, cristaleria, hasta toda la ropa de cama, inclusive todo el invetario de alimentos y bebidas que le permitiria continuar funcionando.

Las áreas de potrero son aptas para construir un complejo turístico moderno de acuerdo a las expectativas del comprador.

El hotel esta en frente del Volcán Arenal y el cerro Chato, cerca del Bosque eterno de los niños, a 10 minutos del lago Arenal, aguas termales, a 5 minutos de la catarata del Río La Fortuna, puentes colgantes, canopy, parque nacional Volcán Arenal, Reserva Biológica Caño Negro, etc.
