Located on the Peninsula of Punta Guiones in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica and only 11 km from the Nosara Airport, which is totally paved and with daily scheduled flights from San Josè on local airlines. The distance between the property in Punta Guiones and San Jose is 245 km., via the Tempisque River Bridge, or 340 km. through the city of Liberia in a very picturesque setting..

Also, there is bus service, provided by Alfaro Buses, that goes to Garza and Nosara, every day. If you want another option, there are a lot of taxis that can take you over at any time. Upon request, tour operators with bilingual guides and own transportation can take you.

In the near future, a new road Ruta del Sol (Sun's Road) that goes passing the North Pacific Ocean Beaches and passes by the entrance of our property, which will improve all the zone and its value.

A few kilometres from the property you will find the Nosara River and several water springs that come from the near by hills and mountains, the main one being, the Garza River, famous due to its outlet in the sea where a lot of different species of herons meet every afternoon looking for their food.
