Power and Telephone are in the street and you have your own crystal clear spring water supply flowing down through the forest, arriving to the pasture land and gently flowing from there past the road. This bottom land pasture used to be a shallow lake. The previous owner diverted the creek into a channel following the eastern boundary so he could pasture cattle, so returning this area back to it's original lake would be an easy task. Our most recent project includes planting Jathropha Trees which yield a nut bearing high oil content that can be used in place of diesel fuel. We also use Photovoltaic Panels to power our well pump which fills a small lake during the day which in turn supports fish production and irrigation for our trees and garden.
