Las Lomas is nestled in between the hotspots of Hermosa, Esterillos and Bejuco to the north and Parrita, Quepos and Manuel Antonio to the south. There are miles of empty beaches in the area and you’ll can find a surf break of your own.

The property is south of Bejuco, then three minutes from the Costanera.   further south is the town of Parrita, where a growing list of goods and services are available. The land is very close to a road that will eventually be paved as an alternative route to San Jose ( via Puriscal then Escazu ! )

Community Center and Clubhouse

At the heart of the property, we have placed a central gathering place for our community: the rancho and pool area. The rancho is a traditional Costa Rican structure with a red metal roof over a stone and cement floor. Tables and chairs will be set to provide a shaded area for eating or relaxing. Kitchen facilities and rest rooms will be added to the rancho to serve the pool area. Home Owners’ Association

Property owners in the Rancho Las Lomas development will be members of a home owners’ association to provide for the upkeep of common amenities. The rancho and pool area, security, water well system and the road through the property will be maintained with a monthly association fee.
