After working +10 in the Food Manufacturing industry, I decided to start my own business in technology, specializing in web applications.  That led me into ERA, first as a tech supplier, and recently as Vice President of Business Development.

Although I'm not a real estate broker, I'm managing several referral agreements with different offices throughout Costa Rica, that's the reason you will find me as an Agent on listings I have posted on the website.  I will personally take care of the relation and process between you and the sales agent, ensuring you become another of our satisfied customers.

 Cheryl Grant brings 4 years of successful experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Development and Finance in Costa Rica. Most recently, Cheryl has focused her efforts in Real Estate and is currently a Broker Associate with ERA Liberia Realty based in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She is currently managing two luxury homes in the area. 

Before making the permanent move to Costa Rica from Canada she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations with a concentration in production management. After completing this degree she was employed for 5 years with a large Agricultural Dealership in their accounting division acting as the Assistant Controller handling the business operations of four branches of the parent corporation. 

Having lived in Costa Rica full time for the past 4 years Cheryl has developed the knowledge, skills and contacts necessary for successfully growing and maintaining her own business. Honesty, strong ethics and hard work are the three foundations of how she operates and handles her business. 

Travel is one of Cheryl’s passions. Living in Central America has allowed her to grasp the Spanish language and travel throughout Central and South America. All of which, have left her enamored with Latin culture and created a deep love for Costa Rica.

Manrique Narvaez was born in July 27, 1983 in Liberia. He lives nowadays with his parents and 2 brothers. He is a Graduate as teacher of educational computer science in the Latin University of Costa Rica. Nowadays he studies Business Administration
He has 5 years of experience in different works, and nowadays he is an administrative and personal assistant of the broker of ERA Liberia Realty.

Orignally from Cleveland, Ohio, but growing up in Atlanta, Georgia. Brandon´s father and two aunts have been succesful in real estate, but before Brandon began this journey; he had others. First, in the United States Navy Submarine force where he learned about discipline, integrity and a hardwork ethic. After the Navy, Brandoncontinued with his culinary career. He went to the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned his culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management degree. During this time, Brandon gained a lot of experience in customer service and with guests and client expectations; along with learning how to run a business with the Four Seasons. Brandon believes in giving a personalized service to each and every client.  He truly believes that giving each and every clients 100% effort and dedication will in the end be fruitful to everyone.
